Head of Post Sales
For our Florence headquarters, we are looking for an experienced Head of Post Sales to lead and further develop our post-sales operations.

Full-time employment from Monday to Friday under the CCNL Telecommunications contract, with a competitive compensation package commensurate with the candidate’s experience and profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of final system configurations: ensure correct configuration, integration, validation, and acceptance testing of equipment prior to customer delivery, in compliance with technical specifications, security requirements, and contractual obligations
- Coordination of customer-site installations: plan, manage, and oversee the installation of new systems at customer premises, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and operational procedures
- Management of customer requests and incidents: monitor, prioritize, and respond to support requests, technical inquiries, and service incidents, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Management of faults and operational anomalies: lead troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities, both on-site and remotely; coordinate hardware replacement, system recovery, and logistics related to faulty equipment
- Post-sales performance monitoring: define and analyze post-sales KPIs and service reports to assess system performance, reliability, and service quality, identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Technical training for customers and internal teams: design and deliver advanced technical training sessions on system architecture, equipment operation, troubleshooting procedures, and preventive maintenance
Qualifications and skills
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the management, operation, or support of telecommunications systems and equipment
- Strong technical background in telecommunications infrastructures, networked systems, and secure communications
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and timelines, in a post-sales or service environment
- Willingness to travel as required for customer installations and on-site support
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain high service and satisfaction standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and training to customers and internal teams
- High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
Preferred qualifications
Knowledge of theoretical or applied cryptography, particularly in secure communication systems.
Background in Physics, Quantum Technologies, or related scientific disciplines.
